There are instructions for PC and Mac as to where to place the files on your computer. Check to see if you have the required Adobe Application Support files. So, go to the above user group that discusses the InDesign problem. My guess is Photoshop needed the same support files. Unbelieveable - it did not appear even once, and I have worked on several files since then, for the past few days. I had six very large files (over a GB each) and was dreading the inevitable error message. (Everyone else had the same results - it worked!) I followed his instructions and InDesign immediately worked. He gave us a link to download the missing required files and told us where to put the files. Someone in the forum explained that the missing required files are Adobe Application Support files. I found a user group that discussed this problem. An error message said it was missing required fonts. The other problem was that InDesign would not open. I could not find a solution to this problem that worked, so I thought I would try to find a solution to a different Adobe problem that I was having. The message would appear 6-8 times when I opened a document, used certain tools, or used Levels. I am amazed - I was getting this error message every time I tried to work on a file in Photoshop. I fixed this problem on my computer, quite by accident, by fixing another Adobe CS2 problem. ![]()
